I began working in the hospitality industry over 17 years ago. I have a wide range of knowledge in venues, country clubs, hotels, banquets, meetings, restaurants, bars, and especially planning and coordinating weddings and events. During my time working on weddings, I have had the privilege of working with over 200 bridal couples on their big day through planning and coordination. Being a past bride myself, I definitely know all aspects and emotions that go into planning a wedding. That is why I'm so excited to officially start my own company and help other bridal couples feel more at ease with planning such a memorable day in their lives.
Keywords that would best describe me would be detailed, organized, professional, patient, energetic, and fun. I want to help you by making sure your wedding day is fully prepared to go smooth and so you can also relax knowing that someone is running the show behind the scenes. For example, my favorite phrase to reassure my clients is "I'm here to cross your t's and dot your i's". Having that reassurance that someone knows every inch of your wedding and executing everything for you on your wedding day, is so worth it. You should be enjoying every moment of your day, not coordinating it.

Hey there - my name is Kylie! I love absolutely anything wedding related (find me on TikTok @kylietheweddingplanner!), and count myself blessed to be doing what I love in the area I love.
I discovered my love for event planning in college when I worked for my school’s admissions team as an event coordinator. It wasn’t until after assisting several friends with their wedding planning and coordinating, however, that I realized that my real love is wedding planning. I went back to school for my Certification in Wedding and Event Planning, and have been helping couples plan their dream wedding since! I also hold a bachelor’s degree in English/Communications and work in Insurance during the week.
When I’m not planning weddings or outings with friends, you can usually find me curled up with a coffee or book, playing with my pup Tilly, shopping, or spending time with family. (Target or Dog Mom date, anyone?) Some of my favorite things include (in no particular order): the color blue, Jesus, Cabernet, long walks by the lake, traveling, and Snoopy. (It’s a long story!)
