I am the proud owner and wedding planner of Lakeside Bride.
I began working in the hospitality industry since 2005. I have a wide range of knowledge in venues, country clubs, hotels, banquets, meetings, restaurants, bars, and especially planning and coordinating weddings and events. During my time working on weddings, I have had the privilege of working with over 250 bridal couples on their big day through planning and coordination. Being a past bride myself, I definitely know all aspects and emotions that go into planning a wedding. That is why I'm so excited to officially start my own company and help other bridal couples feel more at ease with planning such a memorable day in their lives.
Keywords that would best describe me would be detailed, organized, professional, patient, energetic, and fun. I want to help you by making sure your wedding day is fully prepared to go smooth and so you can also relax knowing that someone is running the show behind the scenes. For example, my favorite phrase to reassure my clients is "I'm here to cross your t's and dot your i's". Having that reassurance that someone knows every inch of your wedding and executing everything for you on your wedding day, is so worth it. You should be enjoying every moment of your day, not coordinating it.

Hi, I'm Kylie - a Certified Wedding & Event Planner with a passion for turning once-in-a-lifetime events into unforgettable celebrations! With a background in event management, customer experience, and venue coordination, I bring a calm, confident presence to every wedding day and I absolutely love helping couples create a celebration that feels uniquely them.
I discovered my love for event planning in college when I worked for my school’s admissions team as an event coordinator. It wasn’t until after assisting several friends with their weddings, however, that I realized that my real love is wedding planning. I went back to school for my Certification in Wedding and Event Planning, and have been helping couples plan their dream wedding since!
When I'm not building timelines or color-coding spreadsheets, you'll find my spending time with my sweet baby girl, drinking a mocha, (or Carbliss!), or playing with social media (Follow along on Instagram or Tiktok @Kylietheweddingplanner).
My planning style is thoughtful, hands-on, and full of heart. Whether you’re dreaming of a backyard bash, a chic downtown soirée, or something totally out of the box, I’m here to guide you through every detail — from the first idea to the final dance. meet Hayley
Hi! My name is Hayley & I have been captivated by the wedding world since I got my official start as an event coordinator at a golf club in Illinois, back in 2019. I fell in love with wedding planning when I was just 14 years old, watching events at my family's church. Watching the process of everything come together on the big day of an event was truly a moment of magic to my eyes, and just a few short years later I got my official start as an event coordinator at a golf club in Illinois.
The truly magical part is seeing the clients vision come to life with their personalities intertwined with every part of the day. I have always been someone who enjoys an eye for detail and organization. Just simply adding napkins, candles, flowers, etc. to a table cam change the whole atmosphere.
I truly find it to be an honor to be a part of every couple's momentous day. Never hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or guidance you might need.
When I am not planning events. I am usually reading a book (so if you have any suggestions, please share!), working on my next art project, out on a hike, or chasing after my bunny.

Hey! I'm Jessica - the planner, creator, and detail-obsessed heart behind so many of the moments we bring to life here at Lakeside Bride! I work alongside an incredible team, helping couples plan weddings that are as beautiful as they are personal.
From the totally immersive, themed birthday parties I throw for my kids to being my family's go-to for vacation itineraries and planning anything and everything, organization is in my nature - and creativity is in my soul. I'm a big believer that thoughtful details matter, and I love using DIY touches to make each event feel one-of-a-kind.
At Lakeside Bride, I blend Type A logistics (hello, color-coded timelines!) with warm, hands-on support to help couples feel confident, excited, and stress-free on their big day. Whether it's refining your timeline, styling the space, or jumping in the wherever needed, I'm here to help make wedding magic.
